About the event
Clint Hoover is the best harmonica player in Pittsburgh, bar none, as anyone who has heard him will attest. He's been compared to Toots Thielsmans, Howard Levy and the other greats on the instrument. We get together once a week to play Real Book standards in my living room, just for fun. Clint has toured extensively, recorded several CDs and does sessions and lessons around the world through Skype. An amazing player and great guy.
The concert will feature the standards we play when we get together, but we'll also slip in some unexpected pieces from unexpected artists. I'd suggest you call Dennis Inserra at 412.805.4426 ahead of time and make a reservation, as seating is limited.
