Located in the heart of Point Breeze, it provides an accessible interior and exterior workspace with a quiet work environment, charming atmosphere and good natural light. You can also take private meetings and grab a hot cup of coffee from the Espresso Bar next door to get you through your day!

Pricing and Packages
$35/visit or select a monthly package (see pricing below)
4 days per month - $120/month
8 days per month - $175/month
12 days per month - $200/month
16 days per month - $225/month
Unlimited access - $250/month
Reservations are required Monday – Thursday.
Walk-ins welcome Fridays from 10 am – 4 pm

We accept cash or PayPal at the door during Open Hours (Fridays 10am-4pm). Payments must be made in advance via PayPal for reservations Monday - Thursday.
All packages expire after 30 days.
Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
